Meet Annie! Annie is a senior girl around 13 years old, but her Foster says she still has lots of love to give! She may be older, but she enjoys short spirts of playtime with her foster brother and playing tug-of-war. You'll mostly find her cuddling for a good afternoon snooze! She is also very smart and knows basic commands. We can't forget to mention her adorable smile and perked up ears! Her foster dad says she's entertaining, silly, charming and affectionate!

Days Up For Adoption:
Annie has been available for adoption for 3 years with a foster home.

Her Story:
Annie was adopted out as a younger pup, but after 10 years with a family they had to return her due to a change in their circumstances. She is now with her foster dad who loves her and wants to make sure she finds the best furrever home who will never change their mind! He says even though she's 11, she is so sweet, has bursts of energy and makes the best cuddle buddy!

Her Needs: Annie is a senior girl who still would do good with a relaxed family who can play with her some during the day, but then allow her to nap to her hearts content!
-Good with other dogs or could be fine alone
-Best in a home without cats
-Children over 10 is preferred due to age

Expected Costs:  She is fixed, up to date on shots and heartworm negative.  She is already microchipped. Only costs to expect are the normal monthly prevention medication, food and treats, etc.

About us

We are an animal advocacy group focusing on "harder-to-adopt" and "long-stay" rescue animals in the DFW area. These animals have been at a shelter, rescue or in foster care longer than the average animal and are often overlooked. We help find them that perfect furrever home!
